Autumn's Warm Cinnamon Roll Protein Drink

Picture it...a big, gooey, sweet, cinnamon-y, cream cheese icing-y, cinnamon roll, fresh from the oven!!  Can you see it...??? Can you....?  How about now...?  Allow me to help you with that...

As good as that might be, it isn't exactly weight loss friendly...(sigh)... BUT that is okay!  I just whipped up what might possibly be the best protein drink I have had yet! Ya'll I am tellin you, this one is beyond good!  I got the general idea for a cinnamon roll protein drink after someone posted something about it on OH the other day.  I've been running it through my mind the past couple of days and came up with this..

Here's a look at the ingredients list:
6-8 oz milk (I used 6)
1 tbsp butter flavor seasoning (powder--I used McMolly brand)
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla protein
1 tbsp SF davinci cinnamon syrup
3 packets of calorie free sweetener
1 tbsp SF vanilla pudding powder
1 tbsp of 1/3 less fat cream chesse (neufchatel)
For topping: whippage and cinnamon splenda

Put everything in the blender and blend till well combined, about a minute or so. Then transfer it to mug and nuke for about 45 seconds.  Then, top it with whippage and cinnamon splenda (made with ground cinnamon and splenda---like what you would put on toast).

Ya'll I am telling you...there are no words to explain how crazy good this one is!!!  You MUST MUST MUST try this.  :-)

  1. Holy cow! This was delicious! I'm 2 weeks out and so sick of chocolate protein drinks. This sounded good so I gave it a try this morning for breakfast. It's so rich! I swear it tasted fattening! Thank you!
