Strawberry FRUIT-ista frozen protein smoothie!
With all of the non-protein snacking I've done today (stinkin fruit snacks) I didn't get close to enough protein in. So, my late night snack is this...
1 tbsp SF strawberry jello powder
1 scoop strawberry protein powder
6-8 pcs frozen fruit chunks (strawberry, mango, papaya, pineapple)
3 packets no calorie sweetener
Add everything into the blender...milk, jello powder, protein powder, fruit, sweetener...
Blend until the fruit is well blended (you will know when b/c it will stop making so much dang noise!), probably 3-4 minutes.
Transfer to a glass...top with whippage and a fresh raspberry (just cuz its so darn perty)!
